The subject of sale includes products featuring the "HOUSE MUSIC CLASSIC Channel" print, specifically clothing (T-shirts, hoodies, jackets) and accessories (silicone wristbands, fabric bags, mugs).
The Seller undertakes to process and ship the ordered goods within 2 business days from the moment the payment is credited or the order is placed.
In the event that the ordered goods are out of stock, the Seller shall immediately inform the Customer of the situation.
In case of unavailability of goods, the Customer has the right to:
Request a full refund of the paid funds.
Wait for the fulfillment of the order at a later date specified by the Seller.
The Seller shall not be held liable for any delivery delays caused by courier companies.
Obligation to inspect the package: The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery.
If the package is found to be externally damaged or the contents tampered with, the Customer must report this fact to the courier and draw up a damage report.
If the Customer fails to report the damage to the courier upon delivery, the Seller shall not be held liable for such damages. Checking the condition of the package upon receipt is mandatory for every purchase.
A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
In the event of a return without a specific reason (withdrawal from the contract), the cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Buyer.
